Hand Roll Set
Three hand rolls, served one at a time so the seaweed stays crisp. Salmon, tuna or yellowtail, mix them or keep all three the same.
Clean & Simple
Sushi & Sashimi
Nine pieces of sushi, chef's choice, and one hand roll.
Sixteen pieces of sushi and sashimi, chosen by our chef.
Eight pieces, chef's choice, each one finished with its own topping. Salmon and tuna, aged 14 days in house.

Special Rolls
Shrimp tempura and avocado, topped with spicy tuna and eel sauce.
Spicy kani, avocado and cream cheese inside, topped with eel and eel sauce.
Salmon, tuna, yellowtail and avocado, topped with tuna, salmon and yellowtail.
Spicy tuna, kani, cucumber and avocado, topped with spicy salmon.
Yellowtail, tuna and cucumber inside, topped with salmon and scallop, finished with lemon and sea salt. No sauce.

Kani, avocado and cucumber.
