Persian and Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar. Two rooms: White Plains, NY, the flagship, and Chelsea, Manhattan.
Dinner menu all day. Three-course lunch $35, Mon to Fri 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Shiraz Social, the happy hour, daily 11:30 AM to 6 PM at bar seats. 235+ wines and 25 by the glass, the same list in both rooms. Reservations on OpenTable; walk-ins welcome.

Reza Parhizkaran came to the kitchen after a career in technology.
He cooks the recipes of his mother, Iran, who lives in Tehran and still sets her table there. None of them are written down; they are learned at her table and carried to his.
Shiraz Kitchen opened in 2015 at 83 East Main Street in Elmsford, NY. A fire on September 2, 2022 took that room, and the restaurant reopened at 80 Mamaroneck Avenue in downtown White Plains on April 27, 2023.
The Chelsea room, at 111 W 17th Street, opened in November 2020.
