How is pricing structured?+
Every event is proposed individually based on your package, guest count, date, and any additions like the Caymus Wine Experience or a hosted bar. Send an inquiry below and our events manager will have a detailed, personalized proposal in your inbox within 24 hours.
Can I do a tasting before booking?+
We'd love that. For events over 20 guests, we're happy to arrange a complimentary tasting for up to two people so you can experience the food firsthand.
How does the deposit and booking process work?+
After receiving your inquiry, our events manager will send a personalized proposal within 24 hours. Once you approve, a deposit secures your date. Final guest count and menu selections are confirmed one week before the event.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
Absolutely. Our menu is naturally rich in gluten-free and dairy-free options. We accommodate vegan, vegetarian, kosher-style, and allergy requirements. Just let us know in your inquiry.
Can I bring my own cake or flowers?+
Yes! We welcome outside cakes and floral arrangements. We ask that deliveries arrive at least one hour before your event. A small plating fee applies for outside cakes.
Is parking available?+
White Plains offers convenient street and garage parking nearby. Chelsea is steps from the subway and has multiple parking garages within a block.
What is the minimum spend for a full venue buyout?+
Buyout minimums vary by day, time, and season. Contact our events team for a customized quote. We'll work with your budget to create something special.
