About Shiraz Kitchen Dinner
Shiraz Kitchen and Wine Bar serves Persian Mediterranean dinner seven days a week at both its Chelsea Manhattan and White Plains Westchester County locations. The restaurant was founded by chef owner Reza Parhizkaran and is built on his mother Iran's unwritten recipes from Tehran.
The White Plains location has earned three consecutive MICHELIN Bib Gourmand awards in 2020 2021 and 2022 and received a New York Times Very Good rating. Both locations hold the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2024. The restaurant features a celebrated biodynamic wine bar with over 235 labels.
The dinner menu opens with small plates from twelve to twenty two dollars including Feta and Olives Feta Stuffed Dates House Persian Marinated Olives Falafel House Pickles Muhammara Fresh Herb Plate Kashke Bademjoon Dolmeh Shiraz Wings Shiraz Bite which is a ground beef kabob with sumac onion and lavash and Grilled Shrimp with saffron lemon and sumac onion.
Six dips are offered with any three for thirty eight dollars: Labneh Yogurt and Shallot Yogurt and Cucumber Hummus Spinach and Mirza. The From the Garden salad section features Mixed Green twelve dollars Shirazi fifteen dollars Mediterranean Crunch sixteen dollars Peach and Pomegranate sixteen dollars White Bean and Feta sixteen dollars and Falafel Salad eighteen dollars. Soups are Persian Noodle Soup fifteen dollars and Chicken Soup twelve dollars.
From the Sea offers Atlantic Salmon thirty eight dollars and Branzino forty dollars both pan seared and oven finished all gluten free and dairy free. The steak section features Prime Ribeye Frites a twelve ounce cut at market price gluten free and dairy free served with a choice of basmati rice mixed green salad or fries.
Four dedicated vegan mains are all twenty eight dollars each and all gluten free: Crispy Falafel Polo Lentil Date Veggie Carnival Okra Stew and Pom Kissed Zucchini and Hummus. Three slow cooked Persian stews include Ghormeh Sabzi Iran's national dish from the chef's mother's Tehran kitchen thirty five dollars Fesenjoon meatballs in walnut and pomegranate molasses sauce thirty five dollars and Lamb Shank forty dollars.
