About Shiraz Kitchen Dinner
Shiraz Kitchen and Wine Bar serves Persian Mediterranean dinner seven days a week at both its Chelsea Manhattan and White Plains Westchester County locations. The restaurant was founded by chef owner Reza Parhizkaran and is built on his mother Iran's unwritten recipes from Tehran.
The White Plains location has earned three consecutive MICHELIN Bib Gourmand awards in 2020 2021 and 2022 and received a New York Times Very Good rating. Both locations hold the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2024. The restaurant features a celebrated biodynamic wine bar with over 175 labels.
The dinner menu features six dip options including Mirza smoked eggplant fifteen dollars Hummus thirteen dollars Yogurt and Shallot thirteen dollars Labneh thirteen dollars Spinach Dip thirteen dollars and Yogurt and Cucumber thirteen dollars with any three dips available for thirty seven dollars. Twelve small plates range from twelve to sixteen dollars including Falafel Dolmeh Muhammara Cheese and Confections Persian Marinated Olives Feta and Olives Kashke Bademjoon Mast o Bademjoon which is the chef's mother's favorite Shiraz Wings House Pickles Fresh Herb Plate and Feta Stuffed Dates.

Four specialty Persian rice dishes include Albaloo Polo saffron basmati with sour cherries and pistachios Adas Polo with lentils raisins and dates Baghali Polo with dill and fava beans and Shirin Polo with orange zest pistachio and almond. All gluten free and vegan. Available as substitute plus five to six dollars or as side ten to twelve dollars.
