Frequently asked

What is the minimum order?
Team Lunch requires a minimum of 10 guests. Executive Lunch and Sarmast Dinner have no minimum. Standing weekly orders are accepted at 8 or more.
How much lead time do you need?
24 hours for Team Lunch. 48 hours for Executive Lunch. One week for Sarmast Dinner and bar service. Same-day is sometimes possible for select items. Call to check.
Do you deliver to Brooklyn and Queens?
Yes, by request from the Chelsea kitchen. Subject to availability and a delivery fee.
Can you provide a COI and W-9?
Yes. We provide a Certificate of Insurance and a W-9 on request for any corporate account.
Do you offer recurring weekly orders?
Yes. Standing weekly orders get priority scheduling, a dedicated account contact, and 10% off.
What about dietary restrictions?
Our menu is naturally rich in gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. We accommodate any dietary need and label allergens on every delivery.
Do you offer bar service for corporate events?
Yes. Hosted bar at $60 per person, guided wine tastings at $80 per person, and Caymus wine experiences at $35 per person, for groups of 30 or more. Our wine program holds a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
Can we host at the restaurant instead?
Yes. Chelsea accommodates up to 25 for semi-private dining, with full buyout available. White Plains offers a private dining room for up to 40 guests.
