Sadaf Chia Seeds is mainly used for Medicinal purposes in Middle Eastern Countries.Chia Seeds provides omega 3 and 6 oils and a good source of Fiber and Calcium. Unlike other Seeds, Chia Seeds are digestible without grinding.
Mix with 10 parts water or juice , let stand for 20 min. sweeten to taste and drink preferably in the morning.
